I really wanted to announce my winner of my ‘secret’ Garnier BB Cream giveaway sooner, but as I said on my facebook page this week, I’ve been somewhat busy recently and had to push a lot of things behind schedule. The purpose of a ‘secret’ giveaway is to really give preference to my current active followers.
